 The nut is fed into the feed head by air pressure down the feed tube.
The nut is located in the nut jaws of the feed head and a sensor detects its presence.
The emplacement punch pushes the nut through the nut jaws onto the mini die location pin and sheet metal component.
Pressure is then applied to the nut by the emplacement punch/press. The mini die profile then rolls the nut into the sheet metal components and creates the unique Flangeform profile.
As the head starts its return stroke a second nut is fed into the head nut jaws and the cycle can begin again.
