The Unique Flangeform Cellular manufacturing process consists of a fully automated transfer system incorporating an in-line wire drawer, 5 station cold former with a tooling process monitoring unit, the whole process incorporates an integrated automated conveyor feed system to transfer the product from the cold forming machines to the in –line tapping stations, centrifugal spinners to the final collection bin. The manufacturing inspection and quality control process is supplemented by a total networked Statistical process control computer hardware and software system capturing the product dimensional and variable checks conducted at constant and regular frequencies to ensure compliance to the product specifications.

The final processing stage includes an additional 100% dedicated and specific sorting designed to filter defective product through a series of software controlled vision camera sorting equipment. The capital invest met in this equipment was £400k.
