BAS Components Inc has worked with Autoliv USA for over 10 years providing a range of fasteners, including SRS studs, Flangeform nuts and studs for a variety of programs.

Over this period of time comparison between the reliability and robustness of different fasteners has taken place, particularly studs which can more easily be dislodged in transit or through knocks and rough handling. To prove conclusively that Flangeform studs out performed the market a series of demanding tests were conducted.

We are delighted to say that Flangeform outperformed all competitors and is now the designated fastener for all future Autoliv USA passenger airbag programs.
